Vida is a 280-unit apartment complex and mixed-use facility located near Charlotte in Kannapolis, North Carolina. It consists of 4-and 5-story wood frame buildings and a 2-story cast-in-place concrete parking structure that can accommodate up to 406 cars. Amenities include a bike storage room, saltwater pool, indoor/outdoor fitness center, clubhouse, and lounge. The mixed-use development also features 20,000 SF of retail space. This project is part of a greater redevelopment of the City’s downtown historic district.
