Take over project for City of Boca Raton after original Contractor was terminated. As part of the overall contract we had to correct deficiencies to the chiller and water piping system previously installed by the terminated contractor. The library features adult, teen, and children’s reading areas, exhibition space, administrative and staff offices, multi-purpose classrooms and conference rooms. The second floor terrace with catering facilities, combined with the first floor patio allows for unique public use for outside services, such as weddings or ceremonies.
