Pathways at Goodrich Place is a single building apartment complex in central Austin. The three-story complex provides 120 high-quality affordable units with balconies and patios. The community also includes a covered playground and access to onsite youth enrichment activities, job training opportunities, and health and wellness programs. The project represents the redevelopment of an existing low income community, tripling the number of affordable units available. The partnership between the Housing Authority of the City of Austin and private investors received funding through competitive low-income housing tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
