New construction of a 36,000 s.f. Police Department which has been designed to withstand 192 mph winds and will also house the town’s IT data center and serve as the emergency operations center. The project also includes a veterans’ memorial and site improvements, as well as the demolition of an existing Police Department building, and other structures after completion of the new facility. Future phases include a new Town Hall and Athletic Center.
