Kaufman Lynn Construction is providing design build services for the $150 million redevelopment of a corporate office complex for this Fortune 100 company. The phased replacement of current office facilities includes multiple office buildings, training and event center, two parking garages and outdoor spaces.

• 831 Parking Spaces
• 21,880 s.f. Recreation Center
• 3 Chillers for a total of 1,500 tons
• 33,147 s.f. (464 capacity) Training & Conference Center
• LEED Gold certification
• 2,670 kWh PV system = 2,195,800 kWh annually
• More than 56,000 s.f. of electrochromic dynamic glazing
• Careful coordination to minimize impacting 2,000 staff members
