Currently under construction, Windsor Run is a senior living community located in Matthews, North Carolina. The community consists of a residential building spanning 171,000 SF and a continuing care center covering 27,000 SF. The residential building is a 5-story structure that houses 114 independent living units. The continuing care center is a single-story building featuring a courtyard surrounded by 24 units for assisted living and skilled nursing beds. Additional spaces include a lounge and dining facility, as well as physical therapy and other care services.
