Overview

Kaufman Lynn Construction is conducting an extensive renovation, upgrade and new construction at Temple Beth El in Boca Raton. The $12 million project being performed in 3 phases includes:

  • 20,000 s.f. interior renovation of Sanctuary, Social Hall, Catering Kitchen and Atrium
  • Demolition of 20,000 s.f. building and construction of 25,000 s.f. addition
  • New construction of 2 story in-fill building; 3,500 s.f. ground floor and 1,800 s.f. storage area
  • Interior renovation of 3,000 s.f. building space for new admin offices and bathrooms
  • Roof replacement of 40,000 s.f. to existing buildings including the 3-story school (completed in 6 weeks during summer 2018)
  • Replacement of HVAC equipment throughout the campus. Approx. 30 split system units and 8 large RTU’s (packaged units)
  • Installation of security alert system throughout the 3-story school and existing spaces
  • New lightning protection system
  • Replacement of all existing windows and storefront systems
