Plantation Walk (The Rise at Plantation Walk) is a redevelopment project west of Fort Lauderdale that transformed a former mall site into a modern and vibrant shopping and dining district. With a residential focus, the project included The Rise apartment buildings totaling 700 units with upscale finishes and a resort-style pool. The expansive promenade features 26 commercial spaces with national and regional tenants UFC Fit, Rock & Brews, and Tacocraft.
