A multi-phased residential complex, Mareas at Botanica (Courtland South Kendall) in South Miami currently includes Phase 1 consisting of 408 units in three-story walk-up buildings. The complex boasts an array of amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center and a resort-style pool complete with cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, gas grills, and detached garages. The project also includes a retail plaza shell and a 50-acre nature preserve. Phase 2 added 192 units, with work now in progress on Phase 3 adding four 5-story apartment buildings, four 2-story townhouse buildings with 7 units each, and an exclusive pool area.
