New construction of a 200,000 s.f., 5-level, cast-in-place parking garage with 492 spaces in the historic area of Fayetteville, NC. The garage features a large podium slab to support the future addition of a 5-level hotel and a 6-level core and shell office building. The downtown location, proximity to the new baseball stadium and the lack of a laydown area have made this project logistically challenging.
