Mishel Mako provides executive oversight for project teams while supporting business development, client relationships and staff development. He joined the company as a Project Executive in 2020 and quickly advanced into senior leadership, reflecting his ability to guide complex work, build strong teams and maintain a consistent focus on client satisfaction.
With experience spanning land development and construction management, Mishel brings a broad perspective to every phase of a project. He has led teams delivering work ranging from $1 million to more than $130 million and provides oversight across estimating, planning, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, cost management, quality control, logistics and execution. His practical, client-focused approach is centered on accountability, efficiency and earning repeat business.
From 2023 through 2025, four projects completed under his leadership received Excellence in Construction recognition, along with additional industry awards. Prior to joining Kaufman Lynn, Mishel built his career in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
