Chris Christy is a seasoned preconstruction and estimating management expert. His 30 years of diverse experience spans educational, office, hospitality, and multifamily projects throughout Florida.
Chris has worked in all facets of the Preconstruction process, collaborating with design professionals, specialty engineers, the subcontractor market and ownership to provide a complete and comprehensive product. In his most recent role as a Vice President of Preconstruction at Coastal Construction Company in Miami, Chris spearheaded projects like the Porsche Design Tower and Oceana Bal Harbor, totaling over 10 million GSF and $4.0 billion dollars in his tenure.
Chris is responsible for overseeing the estimating staff, as well as leading estimating efforts on all Florida and North Carolina projects along with estimating department employee training and budget controls.
An alum of the University of Oklahoma, Chris is heavily involved in the community throughout Broward County where he has resided with his family for the past 30 years.
