Clark Zaneski

Senior Vice President, Operations

Clark Zaneski leads the company’s Southwest Florida operations. In this role, he provides strategic and operational oversight for the regional office, supports business development and client relationships, and guides project teams from preconstruction through completion.

Since joining Kaufman Lynn as a Project Manager in 2013, Clark has advanced through a series of leadership roles, becoming Project Executive in 2018, Vice President in 2021 and Senior Vice President in 2024. Much of his project experience at Kaufman Lynn has been focused on multifamily construction, giving him a strong understanding of complex residential developments, team coordination and client priorities.

Clark earned his degree in information technology from Central Connecticut State University. His technical background, construction experience and long tenure with Kaufman Lynn support his practical, solutions-oriented approach to leadership and regional growth.
