“Our Library Expansion Project just could not get off the ground. We brought Kaufman Lynn on board and signed a GMP agreement. This seemed like a dream come true for the many constituents who witnessed the advice of naysayers who claimed the project could not be completed for the budget. The project was done on time and within budget – truly a dream come true.”
