New addition and renovation to exiting Student Services Center on active college campus. Project features a hurricane resilient design of two-story glass curtain wall splayed at a 5 degree angle meeting at a central axis wind tested to 180 m.p.h. The Graham Center won the Unbuilt Award for Merit of Design from the American Institute of Architects Miami Chapter and First Place in the Annual Architectural Showcase awarded by Florida Educational Facilities Planners Association.
