Overview

Phased campus replacement. Demolish existing swimming pool (buildings #15 and #16), tennis courts, and existing buildings #1, #2, and #3. Construct two new 3-story buildings (one Administration Building 16,000 s.f., and one Classroom Building 36,000 s.f.). Remodel existing science building (bldg #8 9,500 s.f.). Construct new parent drop off and pick up areas, and staff/visitor parking as well as a new student parking area on the west side of site. Modify existing temporary bus loop to meet all applicable codes and statutes, including ADA requirements.
