“In my 11 years with the City of Aventura, I have been responsible for over 40 Capital Improvement Projects and must put Kaufman Lynn at the top of my list of best general contractors I have had the opportunity to work with. The City is very satisfied with the finished product and your staff’s ability to work closely with the City’s Building Division and other City’s personnel allowed the project to be completed ahead of the completion date outlined by contract. In addition, Kaufman Lynn’s adherence to City guidelines insuring safety for students, staff and vehicular and pedestrian traffic made this time sensitive and constructability challenged project flow well.”
