17,000 s.f. of interior build-out of ambulatory surgery center, including four operating rooms and two treatment rooms. Much of the remainder of the building was occupied during construction. The mechanical equipment was installed on the roof which required significant coordination around existing building systems. To ensure a contaminant free environment all duct work and piping as well as fan coil units were sealed during delivery and installation.
