New construction of a 43,595 s.f. street-front retail shopping center made up of three buildings on the out-parcel to Florida’s first IKEA store. The buildings were built with the concrete tilt wall construction method with radius roof trusses and a standing seam metal roof. Other aspects of the buildings features were stone column surrounds and tile wainscot at the building perimeters, ornamental metal medallions, decorative metal awnings and EIFS trim. All combined to disguise the buildings construction type with rich, detailed features.
