Jason Patrizi

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President Jason’s primary responsibilities are to oversee all aspects related to construction operations including project development, contract negotiations, staffing assignments, scheduling, cost analysis, and forecasting. Jason will also enhance our continued focus on creating operational consistency across our regional markets, as well as continuing to build on our foundation to support our strategic growth and scalability.

With 20 years of construction industry experience, Jason has extensive knowledge in the multi-family, hospitality, criminal justice, public works, entertainment, and industrial market sectors. He has also successfully led construction operations and projects across several regions including Florida, Texas, Arizona, California, and Hawaii. In addition to his experience, Jason brings new vertical markets potential to KL.

Much like his father, a Chemical Engineer, who spent 45 years in the refineries of Texas and Louisiana, Jason began his construction career working summers during high school and college in those same refineries as a laborer and pipe-fitter helper. Upon his graduation from Louisiana State University, Jason went back to the oil refineries working for Foster Wheeler as a Senior Field Engineer. During this time, he led a team of three Engineers responsible for all layout, quality control, and inspections required during the construction of a $350 million Delayed Coker Refining Unit. In 2003, Jason then changed direction and jumped into the commercial construction market joining Centex Rooney Construction in South Florida and ultimately moved on to Moss & Associates where he spent the last 16 years working his way up through the ranks. During his latter years at Moss, he was the Director of Operations for several regions, responsible for the operational consistency and ultimate financial success of the projects.

Jason and his wife Donna (a native of Fort Lauderdale) lived in Tampa for many years, returning in 2018 with their two young children. They now call South Florida home and where they spend their time playing with their kids, swimming, going to the beach, and traveling.
