Overview
Phase I - New construction of a 20,000 s.f. two-story Health and Fitness Center and 10,000 s.f. resort style pool and pool deck. Phase II - demolition and reconstruction of a 45,000 s.f. clubhouse/dining area and a new construction of an 8,000 s.f. cart barn.
