After a full day of activities, which included planting bushes at an active jobsite, a BIM demonstration and learning about energy efficiency and solar photovoltaics at a recent install, the 22 participants returned home exhausted but eager to return next year.

North Miami residents had an opportunity to interview for various positions on the project (from laborers to plumbers, electricians, equipment operators, etc) with our Pepper Park team as well as subcontractors who will be on the project. Others were able to meet with representatives from a staffing agency for a variety of job opportunities.
