Description: This was a two phase project Phase one was new construction next to existing school on tight site with active and fully occupied campus. The new construction included classrooms, cafeteria, parking lot, drainage system and site work. Phase two included renovations to existing school included cafeteria, dining hall and classrooms. Created Maintenance of Traffic plan and smoothly redirected student drop-off and pick-up for 700+ students.
