Description: New construction of a 46,000 square foot building that consisted of an outdoor amphitheater with a pre-engineered main stage and concrete facade; backstage area built of CMU block and structural steel; wood trellis system and cast stone columns along second level colonnade; concealed sound and lighting pit; clock tower housing cinema, lighting and sound equipment; and paver walkways and drive lanes featuring fiber optic lighting.
