Description: Complete replacement of Main Entrance amenities package including the new main gate building, re routing of (5) lanes of active traffic, creation of extensive water features and reflecting pools, massive specimen landscape improvements. Country Club was a new 18,700 square foot building featuring a spa, offices, and a completed fitness center. Also 600 square foot addition and renovation of a dining rooms, reconstruction of pool and recreation area.
