PROJECTS RECOGNIZED IN REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION REVIEW MAGAZINE
BOCA RATON, FL – Kaufman Lynn gets two completed projects recognized in the August, South Florida Issue of Real Estate and Construction review.
 Kaufman Lynn’s first highlighted project was the Meridian, a luxury condominium located in Miami. Design services were provided by Zyscovich Architects, a full service architectural firm located in Miami. The project included 315,000 square foot of new construction including such amenities as a roof-top pool, designer kitchens and bathrooms, panoramic views and 12-foot ceilings. Construction duration was 17 months and total cost was $21 million. |
 Kaufman Lynn’s second project mention was Florida International University Graham Center Addition in Miami. The project included 36,100 square feet of new construction and 4,200 square feet of renovation of occupied building on an active campus. Project features include phased construction with extensive rerouting of student traffic with perfect safety record and two-story glass curtain wall splayed at a five degree angle meeting at a central axis. Design services were provided by MC Harry & Associates, a full service architectural firm located in Miami. Construction duration was 15 months and total cost was $5.6 million. |
