KAUFMAN LYNN, INC. GENERAL CONTRACTORS AWARDED
CITY OF DEERFIELD BEACH PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY CONTRACT
 BOCA RATON, FL – Kaufman Lynn General Contractors was awarded a $9.2 million contract for the construction of the Deerfield Beach Public Works Facility, a 30,000 square foot project including a 20,000 square foot building, a 10,000 square foot building, 20 acres of site work and a fuel station. This is the first Construction Management at Risk project for the City of Deerfield Beach.
Design services are being provided by Tamara Peacock Company, a full service architectural firm located in Ft. Lauderdale.
Kaufman Lynn was named 2005 Contractor of the Year by the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and Business of the Year by the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
